  • I need help with my iPad I got a used iPad for my moms Christmas and I was setting it up for her. I set a password and try to loge by in and it will not let me. It’s saying connected to iTunes. I have never set it up for iTunes. Please can some one help me.

    • This normally means that either the previous owner has not de-activated it and it is still linked to their iTunes account or it has been stolen. Either way, you will be unable to use it until the previous owner disconnects it from their Apple account.

  • This worked today for an old iPhone 5S that had been disabled by my toddler. It did have the current IOS installed at the time it was disabled.
